SmartStream Names Eichen Head of U.S. Solution Services

Richard Eichen has joined SmartStream as general manager of U.S. solution services. Eichen, based in New York, will report to Lou Longhi, U.S. managing director, and will have responsibility for rolling out SmartStream’s STP Control Architecture (STPCA), aimed at transforming SmartStream from an application provider to a strategic partner. Eichen was previously managing director – financial services consulting for Vitria Technologies.
