S&P Becomes Preferred Data Supplier To GIS’s Fund Accounting Software

Standard & Poor’s has secured a deal as the preferred data provider for Global Investment Systems’ MFACT fund accounting and administration system aimed at the mutual fund processing market. This is an expansion of an existing deal which adds S&P’s taxable corporate bond pricing for all asset types, including mortgage-backed securities CMO’s and asset backed securities (in addition to the original municipal pricing service). It also adds international bond evaluations and global equities coverage.
