Genesis Global has announced five senior leadership promotions to support increasing client demand for efficient, compliant software delivery in capital markets. The appointments are strategically positioned to help financial institutions integrate artificial intelligence into their development processes. By combining AI capabilities with a library of established capital markets workflows and components, the Genesis platform ensures that AI-generated code is transformed into secure, production-ready applications that meet strict industry governance standards.

Under the new leadership structure, David Perkins becomes Executive Vice President, Sales & Strategic Growth and Head of Sales, while Shahin Askari is elevated to Chief Technology Officer. Michael Henson joins the Executive Committee as Chief Delivery Officer, overseeing client outcomes and DevOps. Additionally, Jay Taylerson has been named Executive Vice President, Engineering Excellence to focus on AI enablement, and Raminder Ahuja takes on the role of Executive Vice President and Chief Operating Officer, India, managing operations at the Bengaluru engineering centre.

These structural changes reinforce the company’s focus on three core delivery areas: accelerating traditional engineering via AI-assisted development, empowering business users through the Genesis Create application builder, and deploying automated AI agents within production environments. Together, the newly appointed executives will lead the firm’s next phase of global growth, helping clients safely modernise software delivery in an AI-driven era.
