Eventus, provider of trade surveillance and financial risk solutions, has announced two major additions to its leadership team. Eric Litz has been appointed as Chief Technology Officer (CTO) and Sarah-Jane McColl joins as Chief Customer Officer (CCO). Both executives report directly to CEO Cameron Routh as part of the company’s focus on enhancing client compliance support and advancing its technology.
Litz brings more than 15 years of financial services technology experience, having previously served as CTO of Klarivis and Delta Data, where he oversaw platforms processing over $2 trillion in assets nightly. Most recently, he ran Copperhead Technology Group, an IT modernization consultancy he founded in 2025. He holds master’s and bachelor’s degrees in computer sciences.
McColl, who has over 20 years of fintech experience, has consulted for Eventus since 2025 on the rollout of its next-generation AI compliance platform, Frank AI. She previously held senior operational roles at Beacon Platform and spent 15 years at Goldman Sachs managing global development teams. She holds a master’s degree in computer science from Queen’s University Belfast.
