IDC Hires Hajducky as CFO, Unleashing Crane to Head FT Interactive Data

Interactive Data Corp. has named Andrew Hajducky EVP, CFO and treasurer, paving the way for his predecessor, Steven Crane, to take over as president of FT Interactive Data, as planned. Both will report to Stuart Clark, president and CEO of IDC. Crane is expected to work closely with COO John King and head of sales and marketing Ray D’Arcy. He joined IDC in November 1999. He was previously vice president and chief financial officer of Video Services Corp. Hajducky was previously executive vice president, chief financial officer, treasurer and secretary for DirectoryM Inc., a venture capital-backed online directory technology company and spent several years at CMGI.
