XcitekConsultingServices has hired Michael O’Neill as vice president, responsible for the recruitment and placement of securities operations professionals within financial institutions on a consulting basis. Prior to XCS O’Neill spent 15 years at the Depository Trust & Clearing Corp. (DTCC) where he was involved in areas such as settlement, income collection, underwriting, reorganization/redemption, reconciliation and institutional delivery.
