U.K.-based hedge fund advisor Polygon Investment Partners has licensed the XcitekSolutionsPlus’s XSP corporate actions processing platform. Polygon plans to interface XSP with the FundManager portfolio management system from Beauchamp Financial Technology. The global hedge fund is seeking to streamline its corporate actions process for optimal operational efficiency across its London and New York offices. According to Manuel Guerrero, head of operations at Polygon, XcitekSolutionsPlus’s willingness to collaborate on interfacing XSP with FundManager was one of several key factors in the decision. For XcitekSolutionsPlus, the Polygon deal represents the third hedge fund win, and its first hedge fund client in Europe.
