GoldenSource Hires Broggi to Expand Sales Strategies for Southern Europe and Middle East

EDM vendor GoldenSource Corporation has hired Massimo Broggi as sales manager for Southern Europe and the Middle East. Based in Milan, he will be responsible for developing and expanding business strategies for the vendor in the region, with particular emphasis on helping local clients implement data management strategies to manage risk related to derivatives operations, counterparty exposure and fragmented reference data.

Broggi reports to Hugh Stewart, vice president of sales and marketing, EMEA and Asia. Stewart comments: “Both Southern Europe and the Middle East represent rapidly expanding markets for GoldenSource.”

Before joining GoldenSource, Broggi worked for multi-national Jefferson Wells where he was responsible for driving the sales and marketing strategy for the Italian market. He has also held positions at a number of technology firms targeting the financial services industry including: Microstrategy, ORS, Dianos and Brainpower, where he delivered a variety of business critical solutions spanning data provision, risk management and measurement, CRM, front and middle office solutions.
