GoldenSource Adds Real-Time IBOR Powered by MAIA Technology

Subscribe to our newsletter

GoldenSource, a provider of enterprise data management and master data management solutions, has released GoldenSource IBOR, a real-time investment book of record. The IBOR is powered by Multi Asset Investment Architecture (MAIA) Technology’s high-capacity IBOR solution and can update valuations as transactions and prices are published, regardless of the source or time of day. Positions data can be updated as transactions are executed.

The IBOR functionality combines the GoldenSource Nexus data warehouse platform with MAIA’s cloud-native solution to provide a responsive intra-day IBOR that automatically links positions data to all other investment data of GoldenSource clients. Potential benefits include the ability of portfolio managers, asset allocators, and risk managers to make more informed decisions based on access to updated asset allocations and exposures without the time lag that has persisted until now.

Jeremy Katzeff, head of buy-side solutions at GoldenSource, says: “From conversations with clients and prospects, the need for a real-time IBOR was clear. With the powerful technology infrastructure of MAIA Technology, we have created a capability that processes significant volumes of transaction data as and when our clients need it by building on the existing framework capabilities and strength of our Nexus offering.”
