Eric Miller to Join Credit Suisse as Head of Fixed Income Research Globally

Credit Suisse today announced that Eric Miller will join the Bank as a managing director and head of Fixed Income Research globally, effective June, 2011.

Miller joins Credit Suisse as the head of Fixed Income Research globally and will be responsible for managing all research asset classes and continuing to build out our successful franchise. The Credit Suisse Research department delivers market-leading analysis as well as cross product and economic research content.

Miller brings 20 years of experience to this position and is highly regarded in his field. Miller most recently worked at Barclays Capital as the global head of Credit Research. Prior to that, he worked in the research departments at Goldman Sachs and Merrill Lynch. Miller will be based in New York and jointly report into Gaël de Boissard and Tony Ehinger, co-heads of Global Securities.

Gaël de Boissard, managing director and co-head of Global Securities, stated, “With two decades of experience working in various research roles, Eric brings a wealth of industry knowledge to this position. Under Eric’s leadership, our clients will certainly benefit from his expertise and proven track record.”
