Clearstream has appointed Philippe Mueller as Head of Digital Products and Transformation for Clearstream Fund Services, effective immediately, as the Deutsche Börse Group business continues developing its digital fund infrastructure. Mueller will oversee the development and adoption of digital fund solutions, focusing on distributed ledger technology (DLT), fund distribution, transfer agency innovation and private markets automation. He succeeds Olivier Portenseigne, who is leaving the organisation to pursue another opportunity.
Mueller brings more than 25 years of experience within Clearstream and Deutsche Börse Group. Most recently, he served as Head of Transformation Office & Digital, where his responsibilities included integrating FundsDLT into Clearstream Fund Services. His appointment brings digital product development and transformation under unified leadership, supporting Clearstream’s efforts to connect traditional fund infrastructure with emerging digital operating models.
Clearstream Fund Services operates the Vestima fund processing platform, providing execution, settlement and custody services across more than 55 fund markets.
