GoldenSource Corporation has appointed Dave Goodman as its new chief financial officer, Philip Corryn as head of sales for North America and Jim DeCicco has been promoted to managing director of client operations for the Americas.

As CFO, Goodman will be responsible for the vendor’s overall financial discipline and administrative functions. Prior to joining GoldenSource, he was CFO and served on the board of directors of Superscape Group, a publicly traded technology and video game publishing company based in the UK. He has also held senior positions with Christie’s International, PersonalPath Systems, Bloomberg and Sony Music Entertainment.

DeCicco has been with GoldenSource for more than 13 years, serving in leadership roles in product development and professional services. As managing director of client operations for the Americas, he will be responsible for the company’s strategic business growth and solution delivery capability to its customer base. DeCicco will report directly to Mike Meriton, CEO.

Corryn joins GoldenSource as head of sales for North America, reporting into DeCicco. Formerly with Asset Control and SunGard data management systems, the vendor hopes that his experience and understanding of the data management industry will help the company’s ongoing relationships with institutional investors, brokerage firms and banks.

In addition to these appointments, Gert Raeves has been promoted to senior vice president of strategic business development and marketing. In his expanded role, Raeves will focus on building strategic partnerships to complement and extend GoldenSource’s global reach. Neil Edelstein has also been appointed vice president of marketing for North America, reporting into Raeves.
