XSP, the global leader in automated end?to?end Corporate Actions solutions, today at Sibos unveiled eTRAN+, its latest innovation for Web?Based notification and response capture. This next?generation widget is built leveraging the XSP GO!™ framework to provide clients with a customizable user interface to manage Corporate Actions notification and response processing.

Its predecessor, the eTRAN (Electronic Tracking Response and Notification) module ?? with over 25,000 registered users worldwide – is a comprehensive web?reporting tool allowing decision makers to review Corporate Actions announcements and submit responses and voting instructions from anywhere with intranet/internet access. The new eTRAN+ interface incorporates new capabilities that leverage the XSP GO! framework. The eTRAN+ dashboard prevents busy decision makers from experiencing the damaging effects that can result when a response deadline is missed or an election is submitted incorrectly.

The XSP GO! framework, realized as the eTRAN+ dashboard, is one of the latest innovative offerings from XSP designed to provide clients with customizable user interface components for major functions within the XSP v5 platform. These components can be arranged and customized based on each user’s preference to enhance their securities processing experience and boost productivity levels. The XSP GO! Mobile App, also built upon the XSP GO! framework, allows clients to view Corporate Actions notifications and submit elections against those Corporate Actions for downstream processing.

XSP continues to pay heed to client requests in the rapidly?changing market surrounding Corporate Actions processing and, as a result, the increasing demand for new features and functionality are exhibited in the development of eTRAN+.

Some of the key benefits and features of the eTRAN+ application include:

  • Customizable user interface design leveraging the XSP GO! Framework
  • Mobile?ready for ‘on?the?go’ access
  • Greater operational and capital efficiencies through the power of cloud computing
  • Real?time configurable user interface
  • Cross?browser compatibility
  • Secure, scalable and flexible

Daniel E. Retzer, Managing Director and Chief Technology Officer at XSP said, “By utilizing the power of the XSP

GO! framework to build the eTRAN+ application, we have the flexibility to provide our clients with extended reach beyond the enterprise user and the ability to service their customers via a cloud?ready product. Coupled with complete customization from ‘look and feel’ to single?view navigation, eTRAN+ can also be white labeled based on the client’s style requirements. What has been a fundamental part to the successful development of eTRAN+ is the ongoing commitment to our clients’ consistent desire to push the core XSP v5 product farther to meet their high?demand Corporate Actions instruction and response needs. We are confident that the new eTRAN+ application will exceed expectations and continue to demonstrate to our clients that we are always listening.”
