Xcitek Hires Jones for Product Management Group; Gyngell in Europe

Larry W. Jones has joined corporate actions firm Xcitek as senior vice president of its product management group, responsible for managing the product roadmap. Although not from a corporate actions background, Jones spent 18 years at HP/Compaq Computer Corp. within its global services division, as well as Integrated Medical Systems International and Adea Solutions. He will be involved in the planned launch of Xcitek Class Actions among other things. Also joining Xcitek is Wendy Gyngell as European Account Relationship Manager, based in London, where the company is aiming to establish itself. Gyngell was previously worked at Pershing Securities, Thomson Financial and ACT Financial Systems/Misys Group.
