Williams de Broe will use Mondas’ Radica CAPS corporate actions automation platform and its Election Management Portal under a five-year licensing, services and support deal valued at around £350,000. The deal makes Williams de Broe the second client to adopt the new web-based version of EMP, which automates the election process for voluntary corporate actions.
