S&P Upgrades Compustat Xpressfeed With New Data Items

Standard & Poor’s has completed a series of enhancements to its Compustat Xpressfeed offering. The enhancements include 1000 new company-level data items now available within Compustat data, which includes fundamental and market data on some 65,000 global securities. Among the data enhancements are: additional current and historical annual fundamental data and footnotes, including income statement quarterly and year-to-date data, pension and post-retirement items, as well as annual and interim market data; descriptive information flagging compliance with Sarbanes-Oxley, Actual Period End Date, Preliminary and Final Date for the North America company population; and annual and interim data on more than 1500 newly added companies. The Xpressfeed Loader (Version 2.18) has been updated to keep pace with changes to the Compustat Xpressfeed database and allow users to access the new data.
