Royal Bank of Canada Selects Vitria for Workflow Management

Royal Bank of Canada will use Vitria’s BusinessWare business process management suite as its global standard for straight-through-processing (STP) messaging. The bank’s RBC Investments wealth management unit will use BusinessWare to enable end-to-end transaction processing for broker/dealers, asset managers and custodians. Phase I of the project involves linking Royalblue’s Fidessa order management front-end to the ADP back-office and clearing systems used by the bank.
