Harvey Rand has joined New Jersey-based Principia Partners as executive vice president of sales and customer relationship management. A veteran of Summit Systems, Fusion Systems and Sybase, Rand was previously at learning software provider Zoologic. Principia provides front-to-back-office systems for capital markets.
