SOLVE, the fixed-income market data and predictive pricing provider, has appointed Joe Plastina as co-CEO alongside co-founder Gerard Nealon, with fellow co-founder Eugene Grinberg transitioning to chairman.
Plastina, previously SOLVEās chief financial officer and chief operating officer, brings more than 25 years of experience in finance, corporate development and operations at enterprise technology companies. His career includes involvement in acquisitions and divestitures totalling more than $4 billion.
Grinberg, who co-founded SOLVE with Nealon in 2011, will remain actively involved in the business, concentrating on client relationships, industry engagement and strategic direction. Nealonās responsibilities remain unchanged.
The leadership restructuring comes as SOLVE continues to expand its fixed-income data and analytics business, which now serves more than 325 financial institutions worldwide. The company provides AI-driven pricing intelligence and market data across corporate and municipal bonds, securitised products, syndicated loans, credit derivatives and private credit, supporting trading, valuation and other front-office workflows.
