BMLL Appoints Karen King as Head of Sales (APAC)
BMLL has appointed Karen King as Head of Sales (APAC), based in Hong Kong. King will be responsible for expanding the company’s client base and implementing growth strategies across the Asia Pacific region. She brings over two decades of experience in financial services and data solutions, having previously served as Managing Director at S&P Global Market Intelligence and working in Prime Brokerage at Goldman Sachs.
The appointment aligns with BMLL’s recent acquisition by Nordic Capital and a period of significant data coverage expansion. Over the last 14 months, the company has added data from major exchanges including Shanghai, Bombay, NSE India, Korea, and New Zealand. This expansion enables market participants to compare venues globally and analyse full order book data to assess market quality and liquidity provider performance.
SOLVE Promotes Sourav Srimal to Chief Growth Officer
SOLVE, a provider of pre-trade data and predictive pricing for fixed income markets, has promoted Sourav Srimal to the newly created position of Chief Growth Officer (CGO). In this executive role, Srimal is tasked with guiding the company’s strategic product roadmap and overseeing both organic and inorganic growth initiatives. He will also focus on expanding the firm’s network of integration partners while continuing to provide high-level direction for SOLVE’s private credit offerings to meet demand from asset managers and institutional investors.
Srimal previously served as Senior Vice President of Private Credit Solutions, having joined SOLVE following the 2022 acquisition of Advantage Data. During his tenure, he played a key role in integrating acquired platforms, including Advantage Data and Best Credit Data, and helped establish the company’s global operations in the Philippines. His specific expertise encompasses credit data management and product development, having previously architected analytics capabilities for bank loans and private credit.
SimCorp Appoints Iyan Adewuya as Chief Product Officer
SimCorp has appointed Iyan Adewuya to the newly created position of Chief Product Officer (CPO). Based in New York, Adewuya will report directly to Marc Schröter, the Chief Product and Technology Officer. He brings over 20 years of experience in product strategy and innovation to the company, with a career that covers both public and private markets.
Most recently, Adewuya served as Head of Product for Enterprise and Private Markets Solutions at S&P Global Market Intelligence. There, he managed product strategy across lending, regulatory compliance, capital markets, and enterprise data management solutions. Previously, he held the role of Head of Product for Aladdin Portfolio Management and Compliance at BlackRock, where he led strategic initiatives for private markets, following a 12-year tenure in research and product leadership at Bloomberg.
SOLVE Appoints Chris Fogarty as Senior Vice President, Strategic Account Management
SOLVE, the pre-trade data and predictive pricing provider for fixed income markets, has appointed Chris Fogarty to the newly created position of Senior Vice President, Strategic Account Management. In this role, Fogarty will be responsible for advancing client engagement and overseeing the expansion of the firm’s strategic growth initiatives. This appointment represents a specific effort by SOLVE to strengthen its leadership structure and enhance the service provided to clients across credit markets.
Fogarty brings over two decades of experience in credit markets and institutional sales leadership to the company. Prior to joining SOLVE, he served as Managing Director and Head of U.S. Credit & Municipal Sales at UBS Securities, where he managed five national sales teams across sectors including investment-grade, high-yield, and emerging markets. His previous experience includes senior roles at Merrill Lynch, Bank of America Securities, and Xerox Corporation. He holds an MBA in Finance and International Business from NYU’s Stern School of Business.
DTCC Appoints Arianne M. Collette as Managing Director and Head of U.S. Equities
The Depository Trust & Clearing Corporation (DTCC) has appointed of Arianne M. Collette as Managing Director and Head of U.S. Equities, effective from 17 November 2025. Collette will report to Val Wotton, DTCC Managing Director and Global Head of Equities Solutions, and will be based at the firm’s Jersey City location.
In this new position, Collette will be responsible for leading the strategic planning and execution for DTCC’s U.S. Equities business. Her remit includes driving growth initiatives, market expansion, and enhancing operational efficiencies across the company’s core clearing and settlement infrastructure.
Collette joins DTCC from Morgan Stanley, where she held several senior leadership positions, including Chief Operating Officer and Head of Strategy for Reinvestment, Global Head of Sales Strategy, and Americas Head of Resource Optimization. She is also a noted advocate for diversity, serving as the co-founder and global chair of Women in Securities Finance, a global industry group with over 1,000 members dedicated to promoting diversity and inclusion within the financial services industry.
Fenergo Appoints Hishaam Caramanli as President and Chief Operating Officer
Fenergo, provider of AI-powered client lifecycle management (CLM) and financial crime compliance solutions, has appointed Hishaam Caramanli as its new President and Chief Operating Officer, effective immediately. He will report directly to CEO Marc Murphy.
In his new position, Caramanli will lead the company’s product, engineering, and customer functions. He will focus on delivering a client-centric product vision, driving innovation, and accelerating the time to value from product development to the field.
Caramanli joins Fenergo from ION Markets, where he served as Group Chief Product Officer, overseeing product strategy and delivery for a portfolio exceeding €1 billion in revenue. He previously held senior roles at UBS, as Global Head of UBS Neo, and at Morgan Stanley, as Global Head of Morgan Stanley Matrix.
SmartStream Strengthens Leadership Team with Two Key Appointments
SmartStream, the data solutions provider, has announced the appointment of two new executives to its leadership team. Jane Christopher joins the company as Chief Human Resources Officer (CHRO), and Thomas Steinborn takes the role of Chief Product Officer (CPO). Both will report directly to CEO Akber Jaffer.
As CHRO, Jane Christopher will be responsible for the company’s HR function, focusing on employee engagement, leadership development, and corporate culture. She previously held senior HR roles at Citrix, Panduit Europe Ltd, and Fiserv, supporting markets across EMEA and APJ.
Thomas Steinborn, the new CPO, will lead product strategy and roadmap execution. He brings over two decades of experience from previous senior product positions at companies including DataOps.live, Infoniqa, and Talend, a data integration and governance provider.
Broadridge Names Patrick Archer Buy-Side Segment Sales Lead for France, Switzerland and Benelux
Broadridge Financial Solutions has appointed Patrick Archer as its Buy-Side Segment Sales Lead for France, Switzerland, Belgium, the Netherlands, and Luxembourg. Based in Paris, Archer will lead the distribution of Broadridge’s buy-side product portfolio across these markets and joins the company’s International Buy-Side Sales Leadership Team.
Archer brings more than 27 years of fintech and investment management technology experience to the role. He most recently served as Co-Head of Business Development for Continental Europe at BlackRock Solutions. There, he led regional sales efforts for the Aladdin and eFront platforms, partnering with asset managers and partners on integrated technology for portfolio and risk management.
This appointment reinforces Broadridge’s strategic focus on expanding its international buy-side operations. The move aims to strengthen its leadership team to meet increasing client demand for advanced technology solutions across global markets.
Tradeweb Appoints Rich Chun as Head of Asia
Tradeweb Markets Inc. has named Rich Chun as its new Managing Director, Head of Asia. Based in Hong Kong, Chun will be responsible for overseeing the company’s business operations, client engagement, and strategic growth initiatives throughout the Asia Pacific region. He will report to Enrico Bruni and Troy Dixon, Co-Heads of Global Markets.
The appointment follows a period of significant international growth for Tradeweb, which recorded a 41% year-over-year revenue increase in the second quarter of 2025. Chun brings over three decades of experience in global markets. He joins the firm from HPS Investment Partners, where he was a Managing Director and Portfolio Manager and established its Hong Kong office.
Previously, Chun served as a Portfolio Manager at Claren Road Asset Management. He also spent 14 years at Citigroup in various trading positions, including Head of Credit Trading for Asia.
Exegy Appoints Laurent de Barry as Chief Product Officer and Jogesh Menon as Product Director for Axiom
Exegy, provider of low-latency trading and enterprise market data solutions, has announced two key leadership appointments. Laurent de Barry has been promoted to Chief Product Officer (CPO), and Jogesh Menon has been appointed as Director for the Axiom market data as-a-service offering. These moves are designed to strengthen the company’s dual strategic pillars of low-latency trading and enterprise market data.
de Barry, a co-founder of Enyx, acquired by Exegy in 2022, will report to CEO David Taylor. In his new role, he will oversee the company’s low-latency trading systems strategy, including the development of products such as Exegy Nexus. Menon joins from Royal Bank of Canada and will report to CTO Arnaud Derasse. He will be responsible for driving the evolution of the Axiom consolidated feed, a core component of Exegy’s enterprise market data portfolio.
