Options Clearing Corporation Board Of Directors Welcomes New Member

The Options Clearing Corporation (OCC) announced today the appointment of a new member to its board of directors. The newly appointed director is John Willian, global co-head of Prime Brokerage, Clearing, Electronic Trading, and Futures at Goldman Sachs.

Willian replaces Mitchell Lieberman who has retired.

“The board welcomes our distinguished new member,” said Wayne Luthringshausen, OCC chairman and chief executive officer. “John’s wealth of knowledge and depth of background in the industry make him a wonderful addition to the board.”
