NumeriX Promotes Nakamura to MD of Japanese Operations

NumeriX, a provider of analytic solutions for structuring, pricing and risk analysis of derivatives and structured products, has promoted Yukiko Nakamura to managing director of its Tokyo office. Nakamura, who was previously vice president of business development for Asia Pacific, will now oversee the company’s operations in Japan and Korea.

Nakamura has more than 12 years of experience in the derivatives and structured products markets. Prior to joining NumeriX, she held roles at Calypso, Sophis and Misys.

Steven O’Hanlon, president and chief operating officer of NumeriX, comments: “Asia Pacific is a strategic market for us, and we are confident that Yukiko will oversee a period of great growth and prosperity for NumeriX in the region.”

NumeriX first opened its Tokyo office in 1998 and the company also has offices in Singapore and Hong Kong.
