Citihub Consulting has opened a Zurich office in response to local demand for its IT advisory services. The office adds to established bases in London, New York, Hong Kong, Singapore and Toronto, and is part of the firm’s commitment to support clients in key financial centres around the world.

The Zurich office is headed by Citihub partner Ian O’Hara and includes associate partner Phillip McMahon and a further three associates. The company plans to expand the office by hiring local experts in the banking, capital markets, wealth management and insurance sectors.

O’Hara comments: “Ever since Citihub was founded in 1998, the firm has continued to expand globally in response to client demand. Zurich is a financial hub with global reach and significance, and we are seeing significant demand for our services in the region. We already have a number of clients that are headquartered in the city, so it was a natural evolution to open a local office.”
