Xcitek Hires Sheppard as COO

Xcitek has appointed Neil Sheppard as chief operating officer with responsibility for managing the company’s corporate actions software XSP in Europe, in support of the European growth strategy. Prior to joining Xcitek, Sheppard has held a variety of project management, product and business development roles in corporate actions at Magenta One, UBS, Morgan Stanley, Dresdner Kleinwort Wasserstein, ABN Amro Equities and Citibank.
