Tullett Prebon today announces that OTC Valuations Ltd (OTC Val), its technology driven services firm providing independent price verification services to clients globally, has opened sales and client service offices in London and New York.

The openings mark an immediate expansion of the business, following the recent acquisition of Vancouver based OTC Val by Tullett Prebon. Bob Sangha, Head of the Americas, will be located in New York; Miroslav Vanous, Head of EMEA, will be based in London; and Paul Bergbusch, Head of Technology, in Vancouver.

Paul Humphrey, Chief Executive of Electronic Broking and Tullett Prebon Information, commented: “Formally establishing offices in London and New York an important expansion of OTC Val, enabling us to better service clients and enhance our global reach. These additional regional centres not only provide local time zone sales and support capabilities, but also act as additional hubs for service delivery and technology integration.”

Focusing on portfolios of complex OTC derivatives and structured products across asset classes, OTC Val’s service delivers auditable valuation reports, complete supporting documentation, and price challenge capability to banks, fund administrators, hedge funds, asset management firms and corporates. These valuation capabilities are a natural extension to, and utilise, Tullett Prebon’s independent market data offering.
