SIFMA 2011 – Booth 1101 – What to Expect

Today is the first day of the annual SIFMA show. And each year since it’s been run at the Hilton, Booth 1101 is the very first one that punters encounter following registration. So in some respects, it sets the tone for the entire trade show, and perhaps what is hot in the financial technology marketplace.

I’ve been attending the Hilton show since its very first year and, from memory, these are the vendors that set the scene from Booth 1101 …

Quotron Systems (featuring George Levine at the opening)
Reuters (ditto)
Thomson Reuters (still ditto)
Interactive Data Corp. (sadly, not)

And in 2011, the occupant of Booth 1101 is …

Endace (I doubt it, but fingers crossed)
