Reuters Grows Third-Party Alliances With Cicada Deal

Reuters has entered a strategic alliance with Cicada to make key historical and reference data from its Datascope service available through Cicada’s data management solutions. Specifically it will provide equities and fixed income data through Cicada’s Reference Data Management Solutions. This is in line with Reuters’ plan to build on its third party alliances, and is one of a number expected to be announced through 2005, says the company. Reuters also previously added its data to Global Information Systems’ Mfact fund accounting and administration system.
