Reuters Adds Another Third-Party Distributor, Linedata…

Reuters is making its Datascope reference and historical data solution available through Linedata Services. The data will be accessible through Linedata’s Icon fund management system, which covers real-time investment accounting, portfolio valuation, collective investment pricing and management/client reporting. Pete Hudson, head of product marketing at Linedata Services (UK), says, “We are seeing increasing demand from our Icon customers for a choice of additional data feeds.” Reuters has become the first vendor to achieve certification in Linedata’s Accredited Data Vendor Partner Programme. Their relationship may be extended to jointly providing a facility for corporate actions and static asset master data.
