Terms and conditions data includes: company description, offer amount, industry code, unique identifier, historical pricing, current/historical ratings, coupon details, bond covenants, and corporate actions on significant events at the issuer level. Mergent was created in 1998 when Moody’s Investors Service spun off its Financial Information Services division.
