ING Funds Picks FTID Fair Value Service

Subscribe to our newsletter

ING Funds has chosen to use FT Interactive Data’s Fair Value Information Service to support the funds’ fair valuation procedures for equities held in their international portfolios.

FT Interactive Data’s Fair Value Information Service is designed to assist mutual funds, which must value foreign securities after their local market close (when market events may influence that value) before a fund’s daily NAV calculation. FT Interactive Data’s Service uses a “bottom-up” methodology, which provides information for each security in a portfolio, rather than for broad industry sectors, countries, or entire portfolios in a “top-down” approach.
