Congratulations to our data management colleagues who have made it into Institutional Investor’s 2015 Tech 50 ranking. Among them are Lance Uggla, CEO at Markit; David Craig, president of financial and risk at Thomson Reuters; Brian Conlon, CEO at First Derivatives; Steven O’Hanlon, president and CEO at Numerix; and Brian Sentance, CEO at Xenomorph Software.

The Tech 50 ranking is compiled by Institutional Investor editors and staff with nominations and input from industry participants and experts. Four sets of attributes are evaluated: achievements and contributions over the course of a career; scope and complexity of responsibilities; influence and leadership inside and outside an organisation; and pure technological innovation.
