CheckFree/CDS INC Partner on Canadian Corporate Actions Data

CheckFree eVent, CheckFree Corporation’s automation and workflow solution for corporate actions processing, now interfaces with CDS INC’s ISO 15022 compliant corporate actions data feed. CDS INC is a subsidiary of The Canadian Depository for Securities, and supplies Canadian equity and debt entitlements information. As a result of this joint effort, Canadian entitlement data for the automated processing of corporate actions is available to financial institutions worldwide, the providers say.
