BSO Adds Low-Latency Link Between London and Tel-Aviv Stock Exchange

BSO has extended its low-latency trading network with the addition of direct connectivity between London and the Tel-Aviv Stock Exchange (TASE). The link allows international traders and members of the exchange to trade Israeli stocks without investing in long-haul infrastructure.

Fraser Bell, chief commercial officer at BSO, says: “Connecting the trading community to new and high-growth regions such as Israel is core to BSO’s service led approach. Our agreement with the Tel-Aviv exchange reinforces our commitment to providing the community with continuous and stable access to prosperous markets.”

Ittai Ben-Zeev, CEO at the Tel-Aviv Stock Exchange, says cooperation with BSO plays into the exchange’s strategic plan to encourage international investors to trade on TASE, expand trading volumes and improve liquidity.

BSO’s tie up with TASE adds to a number of international markets connectivity agreements with firms and exchanges including Sucden Financial, RJ O’Brien and the CME Group.
