Broadridge Financial Solutions, today announced the release of an enhanced version of its Smart Securities offering in Canada, which will now include New Issue Document Fulfillment.

New Issue Document Fulfillment is a solution for the communication and delivery of transaction confirmations and required compliance documents to investors who have purchased new issue equity and fixed income products.

This new automated system will identify and stream trades into separate queries, triggering a workflow for distribution of prospectuses or other required documents along with trade confirmations. The results will be minimized costs and substantial operational efficiencies.

The solution incorporates print-on-demand technology with inventory management and provides concise audit reporting. As a scalable offering it supports multiple new issues at the same time while ensuring that the most current documents are available for distribution.

Donna Bristow, Vice President, Investor Communication Solutions, Canada, Broadridge, remarked: “The release of New Issue Document Fulfillment builds on the success of the current Smart Securities service which provides dealers with an automated solution for the distribution of transaction confirmations. The ability to automate the fulfillment of compliance documents provides the auditability, automation and cost efficiencies required for dealers to issue a transaction confirmation and prospectus for initial public offering and secondary offering transactions.”
