Rimes has appointed Amir Mirza as Chief Financial Officer to oversee growth strategy, capital allocation and operational performance at the data management and investment intelligence solutions provider.
Mirza joins Rimes with more than 25 years of technology experience after previously working at Loadsmart and Datalot as CFO and spending almost two decades in investment banking at Bank of America Merrill Lynch.
Mirza is based in New York and reports to Chief Executive Officer Vijay Mayadas.
Mayadas said that Mirza brings experience helping technology businesses scale rapidly, alongside financial and operational expertise to support global clients.
