Trading Technologies (TT) has appointed Katie Price as EVP, Global Head of Data, Analytics and Compliance, bringing its previously separate data and analytics and compliance businesses under a single leadership structure.
The combined business includes TT TCA and TT Trade Surveillance, reflecting what the company sees as growing convergence between data-driven analytics, regulatory reporting, oversight and surveillance across the trading lifecycle. TT said increasing AI adoption is also driving demand for trusted data and integrated analytics and compliance technology.
Price joins from S&P Global, where she was Senior Vice President, Global Head of Corporates in the Chief Client Office. She previously held senior roles at IHS Markit, Ipreo, Goldman Sachs and J.P. Morgan.
Peter Weiler, currently EVP, Managing Director, Data and Analytics, will move into an advisory role until the end of 2026. He joined TT following its acquisition of Abel Noser Solutions.
