Parameta Solutions and Zema Global have expanded their partnership to provide Zema customers with access to Parameta’s OTC energy and commodities market data through Zema’s Decisioning Infrastructure.
The agreement will make Parameta’s end-of-day indicative pricing available across global markets including oil, natural gas and LNG, power, coal, environmental markets and metals. The broker-sourced data is used for functions including position valuation, risk management and the construction of pricing and forward curves.
Zema’s platform centralises market and proprietary data and automates its validation, transformation and distribution across systems including ETRM, CTRM, ERP, treasury, data lakes and analytics environments. The companies said the integration is intended to reduce the need for firms to maintain separate data ingestion processes while making independent OTC pricing data available directly within existing energy and commodities workflows.
