Quantitative Brokers (QB) has partnered CQG to offer its best execution algorithms for futures trading on the CQG platform.

Guy Cirillo, head of partnerships sales at QB, an independent provider of algorithms and data driven analytics to clients in the futures and US cash treasury markets, says: “As one of few independent providers of fixed income and futures algos for the buy side, QB is well positioned to solve the execution problems facing today’s buy side institutions. The combination of CQG’s solutions in financial trading with QB’s algo offering creates a strategic partnership that will benefit our mutual clients.”

Mike Glista, senior vice president at CQG, a provider of high-performance trading, market data and technical tools, notes that the integration will give CQG customers access to sophisticated trading strategies without the need for custom development.

In addition to algorithms that are designed to respond dynamically to market indicators and support trade optimisation, QB offers data analytics and transaction cost analysis (TCA) to help clients achieve best execution.
