Prior to joining HL Tom has been in Fund Management for the last 25 years in a variety of roles including COO of ThinkFolio, a leading asset management Order Management system, CTO of Jupiter asset management and Director of Operations and Technology for Columbia Threadneedle Asset Management. He has programme managed some very large outsourcing operations (Including the first successful outsource to JPM) and transferred the wealth management business from Jupiter to Rathbones.

Julian Trostinsky is a Global Director of Customer Success and Strategic Business Development at Gresham with nearly 25 years of professional experience in Financial Industry and 15 years of experience as a Manager of Operations, Business Development, Pre-Sales, Product Management, Business and Technical Operations. Julianhas been assisting large financial services organizations with evaluating their operational and technology infrastructures for the last 20 years and has built and operated Reconciliation Centers of Excellence at firms including Citi and BNY Mellon. Prior to Gresham, Julian was at SmartStream Technologies, where he was in charge of their Global Operations and Client Services divisions, as well as Duco where he led their Global Services and Sales Engineering teams.
