Prathibha Prabakaran is the Head of Enterprise Data Architecture and Interim Head of Enterprise Architecture for Voya Financial. In this role, she is accountable for the enterprise digital and data architecture roadmaps, architecture assurance and governance of Voya’s technology portfolio. She also supports the enterprise digital business strategy through the Enterprise Architecture function. Prior to her role leading Enterprise Data Architecture for Voya, Prathibha was VP of T. Rowe Price’s Global Distribution Technology organization. Prathibha led data/analytics development teams across all institutional and intermediary segments. She also led other marketing and sales enablement solution development for the Global Distribution organization. She oversaw architecture definition, technology selection, solution development and testing. Prathibha is a proven leader with more than 20 years of experience in managing diverse product portfolios and strategies, and in working closely with business partners to drive software innovation. He has a bachelor’s degree in Business, master’s degree in Computer Science, as well as an MBA from Johns Hopkins University.

Christina Schack is the Head of Data Platform at Bank Vontobel AG. In this role she defines the data strategy and data architecture for the bank. Her team implements and operates centralized and cloud-based data platforms and provides data analytics, management, and governance services. Christina has been in the financial service industry for more than 20 years. Before joining Vontobel, she worked for various asset management companies such as GAM, Bank Julius Bär and Reuters/Refinitiv where she was responsible for the data management, reporting and data initiatives. In addition to the operational aspects, she also takes care of proper change management as a key factor for business progress and growth.
Julia is CEO of Data4Real, LLC, a board advisor to several fintech start-ups and a founding member of Women Leaders in Data and AI (WLDA). She is a recognized thought leader in data-driven digital transformation with over 30 years of experience in building technology and business capabilities that enable business growth, innovation, and agility. Devendra Bhudia is executive director and global head of product management for Enterprise Data Management (EDM) at S&P Global Market Intelligence.
Mr Bhudia is responsible for the strategic direction of the EDM platform and related solutions. He has over 20 years’ experience within the data management industry.
Prior to assuming his current role at IHS Markit, Mr. Bhudia held other product management roles, including responsibility for defining, building and implementing enterprise data management solutions for the financial services industry.
