The Valuations Webinar Library

Subscribe to our newsletter

As you’re aware, valuations have been something of a hot topic for us these past several months. I’ve blogged a few times about how tricky they are (see here and here, for example), and the topic has been serialised, as it were, through our A-Team Hot Topics programme of webinars and special reports. (The most recent of these are available here, here and here.)

So it’s fitting that valuations feature strongly in our inaugural A-Team Webinar Library.

The A-Team Webinar Library comprises a series of three webinar interviews discussing the challenges of valuing corporate credit securities with Bloomberg, moderated by Yours Truly. The idea is to visit some of the more thorny areas of evaluating corporate credit securities and offer up some guidance in a short, succinct and easy-to-digest format.

In the first webinar, we take a look at high-yield corporate bonds. Although the most transparent and liquid securities within the corporate credit spectrum, they remain challenging when it comes to valuations. The second webinar looks at collateralized loan obligations (CLOs), a growing area of the business. Finally, we turn our attention to leveraged loans.

The library also features white papers on the topic of valuations and also of LEIs. It will grow to feature other reference data and pricing services-related content.

The A-Team Webinar Library is also the first in what we envisage as a series of topic-based resource libraries aimed at providing a one-stop shop for your intelligence needs.

We hope you find this useful. As ever, your feedback is welcome.
