JMAN Appoints Kaushik Ravi as Chief of Staff to Chief Technology Officer

JMAN Group, a data provider for private-equity funds, has appointed Kaushik Ravi as Chief of Staff to the CTO.

Ravi previously co-founded TODAC, a management consulting firm for technology-based products and services, and has experience with firms including Cognizant and Agilisium.

Ravi will work with CTO Leo Valan to drive strategic planning and operational execution of JMAN’s data and AI offerings.

Private Markets Tech Provider Inveniam Names Two New Senior Hires

Private markets data infrastructure provider Inveniam has named former Moody’s Analytics leader Michael Salk as chief customer officer of its data management platform. Former AirWave Lease Insights executive Christopher Ward has been appointed managing director for strategic solutions and partnerships.

Salk, who has more than 25 years experience in finance and media is “a proven leader who has scaled customer-facing teams while driving measurable growth through product innovation and enterprise partnerships”, said Inveniam chief executive Patrick O’Meara.

He added that Ward “understands how to translate complex data platforms into real business outcomes for asset owners and capital providers”.

Finbourne Names New Chief Product Officer

Finbourne Technology has appointed Gareth Evans as its chief product officer, bringing more than 20 years of fintech expertise to the investment management platform.

Evans held senior roles in UBS, Deutsche Bank and Morgan Stanley before moving to Finbourne, where “he will be responsible for driving the company’s product vision and accelerating innovation across its investment management technology platform”, the company said.

NeoXam Names New Product Manager to Drive Asia Growth

Investment management technology provider NeoXam has appointed Parasuraman Nurani as its new product manager with responsibility for growing business across the Asia-Pacific region.

Parasu is based in the company’s Singapore office and has 20 years of experience in capital markets data and technology, NeoXam said.

Gresham Names New Sales Director for Asian Growth Focus

Gresham has appointed Haley Zhu as sales director for the Asia-Pacific, where she will help lead growth in a region that is a strategic focus for the enterprise data automation technology provider amid greater regulatory complexity.

Zhu has worked for more than 15 years in FinTech on sell-side and buy-side platforms, enterprise data and regulatory technologies, Gresham said.

Duco Appoints New COO

Data automation provider Duco has appointed Anthony Northam as its new Chief Operating Officer.

Formerly group head of customer strategy and solutions at LSEG, Northam has more than 25 years of experience in the data industry and also held down senior positions at Thomson Reuters.

“Anthony’s proven track record in scaling operations and driving strategic growth at leading financial data and technology organisations will benefit Duco as we rapidly expand our footprint across the capital markets ecosystem,” said Michael Chin, Chief Executive Officer at Duco.

SimCorp Names New Chief Commercial Officer

SimCorp former director of strategy Dean McIntyre has been named the investment management software provider’s chief commercial officer, the third senior appointment this year.

McIntyre will be responsible for instigating international initiatives on data and operations, as well as within the frontline commercial and marketing teams.

After holding senior positions at companies including Bloomberg, Schroders and FactSet, he joined SimCorp in 2023. In April, Ronan Donnelly was promoted to chief operations officer and in February Keith Haberlin was named global head of business services, sales.

GoldenSource Names New Managing Director

Global enterprise and master data management company GoldenSource has named former Fenergo senior manager Terry Flynn as its managing director, the company’s third leadership appointment in a year.

The New York-based technology company said Flynn will focus on building GoldenSource’s buy-side client base. Over two decades Flynn has held senior positions at SunGard, Charles River Development, SimCorp and Alpha FMC.

His appointment follows the naming of James Corrigan as chief executive in September and Marc Mallett as chief commercial officer in April.

Finbourne Appoints New Board Chair and Creates Advisory Board

Finbourne Technology has appointed a new board chair and advisory board to “enhance client focus and support continued growth”.

Toby Glaysher, the new Finbourne board chair, joins the UK investment technology firm from Northern Trust. Finbourne said his track record of scaling business growth at previous posts made him an ideal choice to advise the executive team on corporate strategy.

The company named Adel Szabo Malcolm, Andrew McCaffery, David Hudson, Lance DeLuca, Mihir Shah and Yury Dubrovsky as members of its new advisory board.

Clearwater Promotes Two Leaders to Senior Roles

Clearwater Analytics has promoted two managers to more senior roles as part of a strategy to scale the technology platform globally.

Subi Sethi has been elevated to chief operating officer after five years at the company and is charged with improving client experience through the use of artificial intelligence and driving efficiencies across the enterprise.

Cindy Blendu has been named chief administrative officer, adding human resources, corporate IT and facilities management to her responsibilities.
