New York-based Mergent Inc., a subsidiary of Xinhua Finance, has released BondViewer, an on-demand web-based system for accessing the company’s database of U.S. taxable and municipal bonds, retail notes, U.S. agency issues and Treasury notes. Features include previous-day evaluated pricing for each bond provided by Mergent’s independent end-of-day evaluation service, and performance tracking. Terms and conditions data includes: company description, offer amount, industry code, unique identifier, historical pricing, current/historical ratings, coupon details, bond covenants, and corporate actions on significant events at the issuer level.
