IPM Informed Portfolio Management, a specialist investment manager based in Stockholm, Sweden, has selected Xenomorph’s TimeScape analytics and data management system to satisfy its requirements for a powerful and reliable security master and market data management platform.

IPM has experienced strong growth in its business and required a system that effectively managed an increasing data universe and provided an enhanced, consistent Golden Copy of multi-sourced financial, fundamental and complex data sets. Xenomorph’s TimeScape was chosen for its scalable statistical analytics and future-proof data model that allows any type of financial instrument to be integrated easily, regardless of the complexity of the asset class.

“We were impressed by TimeScape as it enables us to retrieve and view all data in a flexible and efficient way, with extensive search functionality”, commented Andreas Runnemo, responsible for the project at IPM. “We were looking for a solution which could adapt to our business needs, increase our capacity to centralise, store and consolidate multiple data sources, whilst ensuring a full audit trail process and greater data consistency. TimeScape meets these demands.”

“TimeScape has been designed from the outset to be as open and flexible as possible, allowing customisation by business and technology users alike”, adds Matthew Skinner, COO at Xenomorph. “Being able to meet clients’ evolving requirements is what we strive to do best. We are delighted to have been chosen by IPM and look forward to growing our relationship with them.”

The project has already commenced and the solution will be in full production usage by November 2011.
