IDC Shuffles Senior Management

Interactive Data Corp., parent company of FT Interactive Data, has implemented a new corporate structure. John L. King has been elevated from chief operating officer of FT Interactive to occupy the same role across all IDC’s businesses, reporting to Stuart Clark, IDC’s president and chief executive officer. FT Interactive Data’s data delivery products president Raymond D’Arcy has been promoted to president, sales, marketing and institutional business development for IDC. And Steven Crane, executive vice president, chief financial officer and treasurer of Interactive Data, has been appointed president of FT Interactive Data, working closely with King and D’Arcy and reporting to Clark.
