Hauck & Aufhäuser Investment Gesellschaft S.A. in Luxembourg Goes Live with Profidata’s XENTIS

n December 2010, Hauck & Aufhäuser Investment Gesellschaft S.A. (HAIG) in Luxembourg successfully went live with XENTIS, the fully integrated Investment Management System of the Swiss software provider Profidata, to support their sophisticated Fund Accounting needs. The implementation project started in February 2010, and by August, the first funds were migrated from the legacy system onto XENTIS. In December the whole migration was completed successfully.

Jürgen Maximini, Managing Director of HAIG, is entirely satisfied with the implementation of their new Fund Accounting platform: “Throughout the course of the implementation project, XENTIS demonstrated its capability to fully meet our requirements. Our employees appreciate the user-friendliness, the flexibility and the improvement of automation that XENTIS provides and which ultimately results in significantly enhanced service quality to the benefit of our clients. Also, the fact that the implementation was accomplished well ahead of the deadline initially set by an ambitious project plan deserves special mention. This is clearly a result of the extensive preparation work and the underlying Luxembourg Best Practice Parameterisation along with the outstanding commitment of the entire project team. Profidata proved to be the flexible and reliable partner we were looking for.
