Voice systems provider has created an advisory board to tap industry expertise on the use of technology in regulatory compliance and market surveillance. To kick off the initiative, the company has recruited three industry executives: Nick Child, former Citi markets compliance head, who will act as chairman;

Sandy Broderick, ex-Société Générale MD; and Oliver Blower, CEO of RegTech firm VoxSmart and formerly of Bank of America Merrill Lynch and Barclays Capital.
