ClusterSeven Delivers a Basket of Upgrades to the Management of MS Access Databases in ADM Version 4.0

ClusterSeven, an international provider of strategic spreadsheet and data management software, has announced the release of Version 4.0 of its Access Data Management (ADM) product. This is the latest in a series of improvements since the product launch in March 2008. ClusterSeven ADM is designed to detect unauthorized changes to Microsoft Access databases and alert users to any anomalous activity that could compromise business integrity.

Version 4.0 introduces many improvements including a wide range of workflow related upgrades. These include new functionality to manage tasks and documentation and enhancements to the notification function, such as email requests for sign-off and the ability to integrate with additional notification systems such as SMS and Instant Messenger.

Further new functionality includes the detailed tracking of UI Objects and the ability to define and track customer specific attributes.

Ralph Baxter, CEO of ClusterSeven, said:We have introduced these upgrades to ADM 4.0 in direct response to requests from our customers. The spotlight often falls on spreadsheets when organisations are considering the risks introduced to their business by personal applications. But we would always advise organisations to look at the bigger picture and include Access databases in their data management strategy. When used together with spreadsheet risk management software, ADM 4.0 provides a complete solution to maintaining data integrity.”
