Bureau van Dijk Picks EDI for Corporate Actions Data

Dutch electronic publisher Bureau van Dijk Electronic Publishing (BvDEP) has selected Exchange Data International to supply corporate actions data for the latest version of its Osiris company database. The deal brings EDI’s Worldwide Corporate Actions (WCA) feed to a new audience of front-office corporate finance users; its traditional marketplace is in the back-office corporate finance area. WCA will give Osiris users access to corporate actions and dividend information on listed companies globally.
