Verdande and ITRS Link Provides Early Warning for System Outages

Subscribe to our newsletter

Continuing to work with application monitoring solutions, case-based reasoning specialist Verdande Technologies has forged a partnership with ITRS Group in order to create an “early warning system for potential trading outages, system failures or other latency-impacting events.”

The deal involves Verdande linking its Edge platform with ITRS’s Geneos in order to leverage data points collected in real time on the overall health of IT systems – all to an end of avoiding downtime and potentially staying within regulatory compliance related to trade execution and processing.

Case-based reasoning approaches identify, capture and analyse data patterns in real time, using past events to proactively predict future problems, and to rapidly diagnose and correct issues.  As such, they leverage massive amounts of data to create a searchable case library on which to base solutions.

Verdande previously announced a partnership with Nastel, another application monitoring platform.
